Welcome to Bayhawks Strength Interval Training. Check out the folders on the right side of this page for valuable information regarding Strength Interval Training. I hope you find this website a valuable resource for your training needs.
Strength Interval Training is designed for both beginners and advanced weight lifters. Students will learn the fundamentals of weight training, strength training, circuit training and agility with overall fitness training and conditioning. Students will assess their current fitness level, identify areas for improvement and set goals for achievement. Fitness testing and nutrition will be part of this course.
